Job Functions

• Lead a crew of 3 to 8 team members

• Oversee jobs from start to finish

• Meet strict deadlines for each project

• Travel for on-site estimate appointments

• Assemble estimate proposals and present them to the customer

• Full-time position

Skills & Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a high level of professionalism, must be detail-oriented and able to follow safe workplace practices

• Can run all heavy equipment needed for jobs and/or at the shop

• Knowledge of cement work, drainage, sod, landscaping, pavers, retaining walls and overall knowledge of the field is required

• Valid PA driver's license required

• Minimum 1 year experience required
